On November 21, 2017 Intel invited its business partners to a great congress at the Convention Hall in Kyobashi/ Tokyo. At this “Intel In-Vehicle Experience” several exhibitors showed the lates trends in the area of automotive HMIs. As a long-term Intel partner company Socionext Inc. showcased the innovative CGI Studio Cecil demo – a hypervisor based IVI and cluster solution. This demo has been created with SESA’s HMI tool „CGI Studio“ and embedded software components from Mentor, a Siemens Business. The Cecil Demo based on hypervisor aims to divide safety-critical attributes from infotainment and comfort features into two heterogeneous systems.

More than 150 visitors – including renowned OEMs and Tier1s – came to inspect the latest technologies in the in-vehicle sector and to listen to the interesting lectures held by Intel Executives. The event was a great success with many interesting expert talks and a very positive response from the participants.
